Richard’s desire has always been to help kids and give them a fighting chance for a better future. He became a part of this community so he can lend a hand in improving the education, health, nutrition, amenities, and recreational facilities in poor communities. Behind the beautiful scenery and tourist attractions that the Dominican Republic boasts is a huge population living below the poverty line. For this reason, thousands of children do not have access to basic amenities needed to grow well, learn, and thrive. Dominican children lack access to proper nutrition, healthcare, and basic life necessities, and this is why Richard took up the challenge to help make things better.

He is riding to raise awareness and funds for different projects that our communities are in dare need of. We, as a foundation, hope that you’ll join our cause and help in our quest to provide relief to our distressed children. Every child deserves a chance at a better future, and your inputs can help make that happen. Join us in our multi-day fully supported bike rides, support us through donations, and together we can make a difference in the Dominican Republic.

As part of his 10th Year anniversary recognition in the year 2020, MaCher (www.macher.com) will match each dollar Richard raises with up to $5,000 Dollars.
